1. Service Purpose

DaivVerse provides public tools for informational, productivity, formatting, validation, diagnostics, document, developer, game, and everyday utility purposes. Tools may change as the service improves.

2. No Regulated or Professional Services

Finance-format, calculator, legal-template, security, compliance, network, and technical outputs are general utility results only. They are not official verification, regulated services, professional advice, or decisions about people, accounts, payments, identity, credit, legal status, tax filings, investments, or compliance. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether a result is suitable for your situation.

3. Accounts and Roles

Some features may require registration, login, or role-based access. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and two-factor recovery codes secure. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is misused or creates risk for the service or other users.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload malware, illegal content, or content you do not have the right to process.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, storage limits, or access controls.
• Do not use network or security tools to attack, scan, overload, or disrupt systems you do not own or have permission to test.
• Do not use generated outputs to mislead, impersonate, defraud, or violate laws or rights.
• Do not enter live passwords, private keys, or confidential production secrets unless a tool clearly states that processing stays local and you understand the risk.

5. User Content

You keep ownership of content you enter or upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to process it, display results, store temporary outputs, provide downloads, troubleshoot errors, and protect the service. Temporary processing does not mean we claim ownership of your content.

6. Intellectual Property

The DaivVerse name, design, page layout, original tool organization, copy, and service experience are protected unless otherwise stated. Licensed platform components and open source packages remain governed by their own license terms. You may not copy the site branding or presentation in a confusing way.

7. Availability and Changes

We may change, pause, remove, or limit any tool at any time. Download links and temporary outputs may expire. Occasional errors, downtime, and layout changes may occur.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from use of the site.
